FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.
Whereas Crossfit allows for variance in load based on an individual’s experience level, there is no customization or standard to measure when it is safe or necessary to change a person’s workload. FitRanX

works through standardized fitness testing. There are 8 FitRanX levels with corresponding colors that represent each level. Through the FitRanx training system loads and intensity are increased as an individual’s fitness level increases. This makes it not only a program that continuously challenges the individual but also provides a safe workout. This allows everyone to progress at their own pace while still enjoying the fun and support of a group environment. Every level test is a community wide celebration of individual achievements.
