HIIT Group Fitness

FitRanx is a progressive cross-training program that will increase strength and endurance for all fitness levels. Our 45 minute group classes will help you reach your goals in a fun and motivational environment. Level tests celebrate your progress and provide a continual challenge as your health and fitness improve.

Personal Training

Our coaches develop individualized programs that will challenge you to reach new heights in your health and fitness journey. Whether you are a beginner, a pro athlete, or recovering from an injury... we have a coach for you! 

Obstacle Coarse Training

Mud Runs and Obstacle races have become increasingly popular.  Our Obstacle Training class blends endurance work with agility, balance and strength training to get you ready to conquer any course whether it's your first time or you are a seasoned obstacle racer.
