The Benefits of Using a Progressive Training System

FitRanx is a unique training system that utilizes fitness tests to progress through levels. There are eight levels that progressively get harder as you get stronger. Each test has a strength and conditioning section to ensure that participants are improving in all areas of fitness.

There are many benefits to this type of training:

· Motivation – Goal setting is important to remaining consistent in your fitness program. Goals provide motivation to continue showing up and putting in the effort. The level system in FitRanx provides a built-in goal of attaining the next level. Whether you are a competitive person or not, progressing through the levels and seeing your strength and endurance improve will provide the motivation to keep going.

· Assessment – The only way to know if any training program is working is if you see results. Assessments, such as the FitRanx level tests, are a tool to measure how well your program is working, or if any changes need to be made. This ensures continued results.

· Progression – The FitRanx system provides a safe and effective way to train. By progressively increasing the difficulty of the workouts and tests, you are not doing movements or lifting weights that you are physically not ready to perform thus making it a safer training system. Also, your body adapts to workouts over time which decreases the results you will see from the same training. By increasing the intensity and weights used in your workouts you will continue to challenge your body and see results.

· Self-Confidence – As you progress through each level, you will see changes in your body, strength, and endurance. Along with the changes in your body, you will experience a change in your mindset which will lead to increased self-confidence, through a feeling of self-accomplishment, that will carry over into all areas of your life.
